January Programme 2016

Our new programme of activities commencing in January 2016 is now available! We have limited spaces available in pre-book classes Pilates, Spin, Cardio Core Circuits, & Boxfit. New classes added include Tai Chi, Swiss Ball Sculpt, Body Blitz and Morning Mix as well as many of the long running favourites of Yoga, Circuits, Kettlebells, Saturday Sweat and Bums & Tums.
