The May Madness 4 week ‘Get Active’ challenge kicks off on Monday 2nd May. ‘Get Active’ is an exciting community health and wellbeing initiative that promotes an active and healthy lifestyle, giving participants the chance to try new activities, lose weight, meet new people all in a fun and supportive environment.
Get Active is for everyone!! The format is quite simple, A schedule of over 30 activities will be available each week that includes walking, running, yoga, core, circuits, pilates, spin, bootcamp, circuits, step, bums & tums, cycling and much more. Sign up (Just £40 for 4weeks) and go to as many activities on the schedule as you wish. An optional weekly weigh-in will be available to track your progress and at the end of the four weeks prizes will be awarded to the top participants, selected by our instructors.
